Purchasing

SulingTea.com offers a catalogue of different teas to buy online, using this website. Browse our catalogue by clicking on the various categories under the "Catalogue" menu on the left handside.

We manage a shopping cart for you containing all the items that you would have selected from our catalogue.

Your shopping cart is accessible from the left hand side menu, click View Cart to review your cart and Checkout to complete your order.

Paypal

We are using Paypal as a payment gateway. Once you have reviewed your order you will be directed to the Paypal website in order to proceed with your payment. You can pay with your Paypal account or with your Credit or Debit Card if you don't want to register to Paypal.

Order processing

Once your payment has been accepted we will proceed your order fullfilment. You will receive e-mail notification upon order completion.

Your account

1. Creating your account
You do not need to purchase anything with us in order to create an account. You can create your account by clicking on the "My account", then "Create new account" links on the top of each page.
To create an account you need to provide us your e-mail address and a user name.
We will send you an e-mail containing information on how to set your password. Please read it carefully.

When purchasing with us you will need to either provide us your account details OR let us create an account for you (we will then send you an email with your account details upon order completion).

2. Your account details
Once you have sign-in to your account you can review your orders you have made and maintain your newsletters subscriptions.

Click on "My account" to access those features, you may need to sign-in if you haven't.

3. Resetting your password
If you have lost your password, click on "My account" and select the option to request a new password. We will send you an email with the instructions to follow.

4. Loging out
There is a Logout option in the top menu.
